What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, developer tooling, or a related technology environment
  • A track record of leading technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-value exercises, and security or architecture reviews
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, HTTP, APIs, networking, cloud architecture, CDNs, reverse proxies, and modern application infrastructure

  • Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, or similar log analysis and observability tools

  • Experience with mobile applications, APIs, or multi-cloud and multi-CDN environments
  • Experience working with security, fraud, infrastructure, or digital experience teams
What the job really is

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at DataDome, you will collaborate with Account Executives and customers to define technical strategies and address business and security challenges. Your role involves leading technical discussions, preparing product demonstrations, and guiding prospects through evaluations and integrations. This position requires translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes while mentoring other Solutions Engineers and contributing to the team's overall quality.
