Nurse Practitioner, Home & Virtual Care

As a Nurse Practitioner at Daymark Health, you will provide compassionate patient care both in-home and through virtual platforms, focusing on oncology. Your role involves conducting assessments, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the clinical operations team to enhance patient navigation and care processes. You will also build trusting relationships with patients and their care networks, adapting your approach to support them throughout their cancer journey.

• Expected compensation of $140,000 to $170,000 annually
• Full-time role operating on a 5 day / 8 hour schedule, Mon - Fri

• Role involves both patient care and leadership responsibilities
