What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams
  • Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders

  • Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and promote predictable delivery across cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments
What the job really is

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in delivering ACWS capabilities efficiently. Responsibilities include managing impediments, dependencies, and risks, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to refine backlogs and ensure execution readiness. The role also involves promoting Agile best practices and maintaining metrics for stakeholder visibility.

Benefits
  • Salary range of $125,000 — $135,000 USD
