What the job really is

The Director of Growth Ventures will work closely with the Co-Founder to create and implement innovative marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth from scratch. This role involves hands-on execution, rapid prototyping of ideas, and identifying new market opportunities while analyzing data to validate strategies. Initially starting as an individual contributor, the director will eventually build and lead a team as successful ventures are scaled.
