IT Support Technician Intern

As an IT Support Technician Intern at Datadog, you will assist the Enterprise IT Support team by providing customer service and technical support to employees. Your responsibilities will include supporting laptop deployments and collections, participating in new hire orientations, managing tickets, and maintaining hardware and software inventory. You will also gain exposure to security-related tasks and contribute to documentation and team meetings while developing your skills in various IT workflows.

• Work on meaningful technical challenges alongside engineers across the globe
• Participate in mentorship and buddy programs designed to support learning and development
