  • Possess an International Code Council (ICC) certification as a Building Official
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Building Official in a private/public agency; OR minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Building Inspector Supervisor/Deputy Building Official
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid Class “C” California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
