Urban/Associate Planner (FT - Hybrid)

The Urban/Associate Planner will perform a variety of planning duties under supervision, including managing land use projects, advising applicants, and conducting site inspections. Responsibilities also include reviewing planning applications for compliance, preparing reports, and maintaining planning data. The role may require driving to client locations and involves collaboration with senior planning staff and other regulatory agencies.
