Wound Care Registered Nurse

As a Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Nurse at Croí Health, you will provide specialized care for patients in their homes, focusing on wound, ostomy, and continence management. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, you will serve as a clinical resource, educating staff and caregivers on best practices in wound care.
