What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1 in reading, writing, and conversation)
  • 2+ years of experience in Design, Digital Production, Creative Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and potential quality issues
  • Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, spacing, color, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Experience working with creative assets and understanding how designs are prepared for different formats and channels

  • Experience with defect tracking or workflow management platforms such as Central or similar tools
What the job really is

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of creative and digital deliverables before they are released. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing various assets, identifying issues, and collaborating with designers and other teams to ensure compliance with brand and technical requirements. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in quality control methodologies and digital production workflows while working onsite in San Jose, Costa Rica.
