What the job really is

The Proposal Development & Capture Coordinator is responsible for managing the federal proposal development process within the Grants & Contracts Department. This role involves researching funding opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, drafting content, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements. The Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to support business development activities and maintain accurate records throughout the proposal lifecycle.
