What the job really is

As a Paralegal at O’Brien+Ford PC, you will support a caseload of 75 to 100 personal injury cases by organizing medical records, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with attorneys and clients. Your role involves ensuring that all case files are accurate and up-to-date, providing empathetic communication to clients, and assisting with trial preparations.
