As a Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) at Crestwood, you will assist in providing therapeutic support to individuals in recovery by monitoring their progress and facilitating rehabilitation groups under supervision. You will also play a role in crisis intervention and may take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. This position is full-time and requires overnight shifts.
