What the job really is

As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Cresco Labs, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility to ensure it meets production and manufacturing standards. Your duties will include performing routine checks and repairs on HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems, as well as handling plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep tasks. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address maintenance issues as they arise.
