What the job really is

As a Quality Assurance Technician at Cresco Labs, you will assist with quality-related activities in the manufacturing facility, focusing on inspections, verifications, and compliance with specifications. Your role includes performing incoming inspections, sampling finished products, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will also help identify quality risks and collaborate with operations to implement improvements.
