What the job really is

The Staff Robotics System Engineer at Coupang will develop high-performance autonomy software for robotic systems, overseeing full-stack development and deployment. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate robotics capabilities into operational workflows, ensuring the systems meet defined performance metrics. The engineer will also lead debugging efforts, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical roadmaps and best practices.
