Assistant Property Manager at Raveneaux Apartments

The Assistant Property Manager at Raveneaux Apartments will provide in-person assistance to residents regarding rent payments and fees, coordinate leasing and resident activities, and manage vendor relationships. The role also involves maintaining resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing legal documents. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager may take on community responsibilities in the absence of the Property Manager.
