What the job really is

As Senior Counsel for Employment at CoreWeave, you will provide legal guidance on employment matters across Europe, supporting the business in hiring, workplace policies, compliance, and employee relations. You will work closely with various teams, including People and Privacy, to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and manage employment-related disputes. Your role will also involve drafting policies, advising on collective employment matters, and monitoring legislative developments.
