  • 2+ years of experience in GSOC/PSOC environments, dispatch center, emergency operations center, data center security operations, or related role
  • Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, incident management, and emergency communications systems
  • Experience with incident management and collaboration platforms such as Ontic, Jira, Slack, or Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, prioritize events, make timely decisions, and coordinate response under pressure

Nice to have

  • DHS Incident Command System (ICS) training (ICS-100, ICS-200)
  • Genetec certification, ASIS PSP, CPP, or related security certifications and training
  • Experience within data center environments, corporate security, or emergency operations
  • Familiarity with on-call alerting, mass notification, radio dispatch, credentialing, or related security platforms
What the job really is

As a GSOC Operator at CoreWeave, you will be part of a 24/7 team responsible for monitoring physical security systems and responding to security incidents. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing alarms, managing access and credential operations, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. You will also document incidents and ensure the operational health of security systems across CoreWeave's facilities.
