What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
  • Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
  • Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
  • Very strong written and verbal skills in English

What the job really is

The CRM Analyst – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention will support the CRM team in planning and executing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages as part of lifecycle marketing efforts. This role involves maintaining the CRM marketing calendar, reporting on performance, and facilitating communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
