What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally supporting B2B, enterprise sales, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or a similar go-to-market organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently explore, transform, validate, and analyze large and sometimes imperfect datasets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and commercial metrics, such as pipeline, funnel conversion, sales velocity, win rates, revenue, retention, expansion, account performance, and unit economics.
  • Experience building dashboards, recurring business reporting, and executive-ready metric packs that become reliable sources of truth for commercial teams and leadership.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to take an ambiguous business question, structure it, identify the right data, and turn the analysis into a recommendation.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or other commercial stakeholders, with an understanding of how analytics can influence both strategic and day-to-day decisions.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with CRM and sales data, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, sales capacity/productivity analysis, customer segmentation, or account-level economics.
  • Experience analyzing businesses with multiple B2B go-to-market motions or customer segments (e.g., enterprise sales, self-serve/kiosk, marketplace, healthcare payer relationships).
  • Familiarity with ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts; experience with tools such as dbt and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, marketplace, food-tech, or operationally complex business.
What the job really is

As a Senior Data Analyst for CookUnity's B2B division, you will be responsible for developing and scaling analytics to support various business models, including Corporate, Smart Fridge, and Healthcare. Your role involves building a cohesive analytics infrastructure, creating executive-ready dashboards, and providing insights that drive commercial decisions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate data reporting and to identify growth opportunities for the B2B business.
