What the job really is

The Punch / Repair Specialist is responsible for addressing installation issues, performing quality repairs, and ensuring projects meet high standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with the Scheduling Department, completing field repairs, maintaining professional relationships with clients and contractors, and documenting repair outcomes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of technical skills.
