What the job really is

As an FP&A Manager at Conga, you will manage corporate financial model inputs, oversee monthly financial close processes, and fulfill reporting and analytics needs. You will collaborate with the Product (R&D) teams to enhance budget accuracy and support pricing analysis and product roadmap prioritization, while also providing critical financial insights to executive leadership and the board.
