What the job really is

As a Senior UX Designer at Conga, you will lead the design of complex, cross-functional product areas, engaging in user research, interaction design, and delivery. Your role involves creating AI-powered user experiences, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and mentoring other designers. You will also contribute to the Phoenix Design System and utilize analytics to inform your design decisions.
