What the job really is

The Sr Systems Developer at Compeer Financial is responsible for planning, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting software programs and applications within the organization. Daily tasks include performing code reviews, executing technical specifications, monitoring application performance, and resolving technical issues. The role also involves facilitating meetings, providing training, and maintaining technical documentation to ensure projects meet business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
