What the job really is

As a Senior Search Backend Engineer at commercetools, you will develop a modern search experience for customers, focusing on search API functionalities within a PaaS ecommerce Scala backend. Your role includes working with technologies like ElasticSearch and MongoDB, maintaining scalable search infrastructure on Kubernetes, and collaborating with Product Management and DevOps. You will also participate in on-call rotations for production systems.
