What the job really is

As a Senior People Partner at Collibra, you will act as a strategic advisor to the Deasy Labs and Customer Organization teams, focusing on workforce transformation in an AI-driven environment. Your role involves identifying challenges, utilizing data-driven insights, and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives. You'll also be responsible for embedding people programs into business strategies and managing employee relations across the U.S.
