Executive Site Director

The Executive Site Director for College Track in Baltimore will lead the development and execution of programs aimed at supporting first-generation college students. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing scholar recruitment and retention, leading a small team, and managing the site budget to ensure positive outcomes for students. The position is focused on creating a lasting impact in the community and requires a strong commitment to the mission of helping students succeed in their educational journeys.

• Salary: $118,875 – $128,749 (target range); full range up to $148,500 based on experience
