What the job really is

As a Senior Manager of Workforce Management at Coinbase, you will lead the transformation of workforce management into a strategic, AI-informed capability within the Customer Experience team. Your responsibilities will include capacity planning, workforce forecasting, and cost modeling, while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment on workforce strategies and regulatory readiness. You will also design staffing plans that balance service levels and operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives across customer operations.

Benefits
  • Base salary range: $185,915 — $195,700 USD
  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility
