Recruiter, Early Talent Programs - Claude Corps (Contract)

As a Recruiter for the Early Talent Programs at CodePath, you will evaluate early-career talent for the Claude Corps fellowship, conducting structured interviews and reviewing applications against defined criteria. Your role involves managing a significant volume of candidates while ensuring a respectful candidate experience and maintaining accurate records. You will also analyze trends in the recruitment process to enhance the selection methodology.

• Compensation: $40 - $45 per hour
• Contract role, full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
