Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at Codal, you will focus on sourcing and engaging top talent for both technical and non-technical roles. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a candidate database, all while advocating for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to understand the nuances of various roles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
