What the job really is

As the Vice President of Engineering at Cobalt, you will lead and mentor a global team of engineers to develop an AI-driven offensive security platform. You will be responsible for managing the technical vision and architecture, driving innovation, and improving engineering quality and efficiency while collaborating with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
