What the job really is

The Lead Technical Recruiter at Coalition will manage the full recruitment process for engineering, security, data, and related roles. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, utilizing various recruiting tools, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also analyze recruiting metrics to enhance hiring outcomes and will have the autonomy to drive searches from kickoff to offer negotiation.
