What the job really is

As a Mid Market Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will guide mid-market customers through the onboarding process of the Cloudbeds platform, ensuring they successfully adopt and optimize its features. Your role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on operational workflows, and facilitating training to enhance their use of the platform. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and help customers align technology with their business goals.
