What the job really is

As a Mid Market Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will guide mid-market customers through their onboarding process, ensuring they effectively implement and adopt the Cloudbeds platform. Your role will involve providing strategic advice, managing customer relationships, and facilitating training sessions to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their business goals. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the onboarding experience and drive customer success.
