What the job really is

As a Customer Growth Manager at Cloudbeds, you will focus on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through outbound and product-led initiatives. Your role involves building a customer pipeline, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering tailored sales presentations. You will also collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure successful implementation of upsold products while staying informed about industry trends.
