What they actually want (must-haves)
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional Mendix experience in application design, solution architecture, or lead development, supported by an Advanced certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
  • Solid experience translating business needs into scalable Mendix solutions, with expertise in Studio Pro, domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, security, deployment, modular architecture, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with modern integration patterns and platforms, including REST APIs, OData, event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud environments such as Mendix Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience participating in workshops, presenting solutions, communicating with stakeholders, and bridging business, technology, and AI opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to take ownership, share knowledge, and support colleagues within the team.
  • An interest in exploring how AI can be applied within Mendix, with a willingness to gain hands-on experience with tools such as Maia, GenAI connectors, ML Kit, AI Bot Starter, or custom AI integrations.
Nice to have
  • A basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent patterns.

As a Medior Mendix Consultant at CLEVR, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored solutions using the Mendix platform, integrating AI capabilities where applicable. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, supporting junior consultants, and contributing to pre-sales activities while staying updated on emerging trends in low-code and AI technologies.
