What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in EPC procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, commercial management, or contract negotiations within renewable energy, infrastructure, or related industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of contract language and negotiation
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), OneNote, and document control
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to have
  • Project management, contracting, and negotiation experience with large-scale wind, solar, or battery storage development projects preferred
  • Five or more years of relevant EPC procurement contracting experience
  • Experience in Wind, Solar, and/or BESS EPC procurement
What the job really is

The Senior Associate, EPC Procurement will manage and execute procurement processes for EPC contracts related to utility-scale renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing RFx processes, evaluating bids, and collaborating with various internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful project execution.
