What the job really is

The Solar Technician role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing solar PV systems and associated equipment. Technicians will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and assist in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of solar assets across multiple locations in New York and Connecticut. Responsibilities vary by level, from shadowing experienced technicians to performing complex maintenance tasks independently.
