What the job really is

The Solar/BESS Operations Engineer will support the operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage System assets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and providing technical support for solar and BESS equipment, while also contributing to engineering specifications and operational procedures. This hybrid role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient operations and readiness for new projects.
