Operations Manager (CMH)

The Operations Manager at CLEAR will lead daily operations at an airport location, focusing on coaching and developing a team of Ambassadors in security, customer service, and sales. This role involves supporting the General Manager, ensuring compliance with policies, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering relationships with stakeholders while spending significant time in a customer-facing environment.
