What the job really is

The City Cohort Lead will facilitate a learning curriculum for participants in the Change Collective's fellowship program, which spans six months. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and communication with participants, addressing conflicts, and developing partnerships within the community. The role requires leading both in-person and online training sessions while providing logistical support.

Benefits
  • Compensation at $115.00 per hour for 5 hours per week, totaling 20 hours a month at maximum
