  • Effective cross-functional partner to Engineering, Design, Clinical Solutions, Delivery, Data, and GTM teams, with strong communication and alignment skills
  • Analytical thinker skilled at using data, feedback, and usage insights to refine workflows and inform roadmap decisions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and iteration planning
Nice to have
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or similarly complex regulated environments
  • Experience building and scaling mobile product experiences, including designing workflows for constrained environments (intermittent connectivity, performance, accessibility) and aligning mobile and web experiences within a unified product strategy
  • Understanding of healthcare interoperability, especially FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EDW integration models
  • BS/BA in a relevant field; technical or clinical background helpful but not required
