What the job really is

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at IntelliChoice Home Care, you will provide one-on-one hands-on care to clients in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and empowering clients to achieve greater independence while following care plans without micromanagement.
