What the job really is

As a Software Engineer on Chime's Growth Engineering team, you will build and ship consumer features that enhance member growth using React, TypeScript, Rails, and Go. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities, rapidly prototyping A/B tests, analyzing feature performance, and improving system reliability and scalability. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to impactful product development.
