Lead Sourcer

The Lead Technical Sourcer at Chime will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for hiring engineers and technical leaders. This role involves building diverse talent pipelines, mentoring other sourcers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position also requires tracking sourcing performance and exploring new recruiting technologies.

• Base salary starting at $130,000 and up to $180,000
