What the job really is

The Visual Designer, Web at Chime will focus on enhancing the Chime.com web experience through user-centric design solutions. This role involves leading design projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring junior designers. The designer will also ensure adherence to UX best practices and accessibility standards while utilizing data and consumer insights to inform design decisions.
