What the job really is

The Disputes Associate at Checkr is responsible for processing dispute-related tickets and ensuring the accuracy of background screening reports. Daily tasks include answering candidate inquiries, reviewing dispute details, resolving Motor Vehicle Record disputes, and maintaining quality KPIs. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with various stakeholders.
