What the job really is

As a Disputes Associate at Checkr, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of dispute-related tickets, ensuring the accuracy of background reports, and communicating with candidates and law enforcement. Your role will involve reviewing applicant details, resolving disputes, identifying errors, and maintaining quality KPIs while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the background screening process.
