As an Executive Recruiter at CHAOS Industries, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top leadership talent for the organization. This role involves partnering with executives and hiring managers to understand their needs, developing search strategies, managing the full recruitment process, and utilizing data to inform hiring decisions. You will also be expected to build relationships with candidates and provide insights to leadership stakeholders.
