Director, Investments Counsel

The Director, Investments Counsel at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative will serve as the primary legal partner for the Investments team, providing strategic legal counsel on public and private fund investments and co-investments. This role involves leading negotiations, advising on fund structuring, and developing legal frameworks to enhance investment processes while collaborating with various internal teams and external counsel.
